Multi-axis servo control: servo-controlled slot indexing, automatic paper feed, automatic paper cutting, and automatic insertion with forming.
Industrial PLC with color touchscreen HMI, stored parameter sets and a remote-monitoring service module.
Quick-change tooling (paper feed guide, cutter, insertion and indexing tooling); error-proofing and production-data collection.
