Small brushless motors for drones and micro BLDC applications live or die on slot fill and repeatability — a fraction of a percent of copper fill changes flight time and thermal margin. That is a winding and process problem before it is anything else.
We build the out-slot and in-slot brushless stator equipment behind these motors, and we have taken it as far as a complete dedicated drone-motor production line — the first delivered in 2023, the second exported to the United States.
