Installation & commissioning
Our own engineers install, run off and commission the line at your plant, anywhere in the world. We handle their visa and travel; typical mobilisation is two to four weeks from site readiness.
Operator training
Hands-on training for your operators and maintenance staff during commissioning, on your parts and your line.
Acceptance testing (FAT & SAT)
A documented Factory Acceptance Test on your parts before shipment, witnessed on-site or by video, then a Site Acceptance Test against the same criteria at your plant.
IoT-ready remote diagnostics
Every machine ships ready for a secure network connection. Our engineers connect remotely and resolve more than 90% of operational issues on the spot, with no wait for a site visit.
Self-service spare parts
Modular construction makes standard wear-part replacement quick and intuitive for your own maintenance team, with no wait for a field technician. We size a recommended spare-parts kit to your line and keep common wear items in stock.
Built for zero unscheduled downtime
Our first design goal is a machine that keeps running: robust, conservatively engineered mechanics that rarely need physical repair. We still maintain, upgrade and supply parts for Teamwork machines built 20 to 30 years ago.
