Teamwork Automation designs and builds the machinery that manufactures electric motors: winding, insulation, insertion, fusing, turning, balancing, varnish and test. Founded in Taichung in 1992 to replace manual motor assembly with machines, and shipping complete production lines rather than isolated equipment.

Five ways a project reaches us
History
Thirty-plus years, in the order it happened
- 1992–1993 The company opens in Taichung with a single purpose: take the manual work out of motor assembly. A winding machine is the first thing it builds.
- 2001 Individual machines give way to a linked line. It is the first of the plant projects that listed manufacturers would later bring us in on.
- 2005–2006 The TWM-702 armature winder becomes the machine most Taiwanese motor plants of its class are running.
- 2006 Sealing and testing equipment ships to a semiconductor customer. A second industry, held to a tighter tolerance than motors ask for.
- 2023–2024 A production line built specifically for drone motors. The second one goes to a customer in the United States.
- 2023–2024 Hairpin stator work starts, prototyping with customers. Hairpin is what EV traction motors are wound with, so this is where the next decade is.
- 2025–2026 FaTop Automation opens as the route for buyers outside Taiwan to reach us directly.
