Product description

What this machine does

Inserts slot insulation paper (slot liners) into BLDC and universal motor stators; horizontal workpiece orientation.
Single-axis servo control with a digital HMI in place of a traditional mechanical drive - parameters are set and stored digitally for quick model changes.
Quick-change tooling: jigs are replaced without manual re-adjustment.
Error-proofing, remote monitoring and production-data collection (material, QC, operator, machine status, maintenance and tooling records).
For new projects we generally recommend the TWM-AP01, the current-generation model.
