Product description

What this machine does

Automatically feeds insulation paper from a reel, cuts it to slot length, forms the U-shape, and inserts one liner into every stator slot in a single pass.
Horizontal orientation designed for larger BLDC stator diameters and heavier stacks that are awkward to handle vertically.
Servo-driven forming and insertion head with programmable stroke, engineered to keep the liner square in the slot without folding or tearing.
Configurable for stator OD, stack height, slot count and paper thickness; tooling change is a rapid module swap.
Designed for integration into a BLDC stator production line ahead of the winding station.
