What this machine does

  • Direct-press fusing (hot-staking) machine for BLDC motor stators: bonds the enameled magnet wire to the terminal tangs without solder.
  • Fusing parameters are set per stator design and validated on customer samples.
  • Runs as a standalone machine or as the termination station in a stator line.
