Product description

What this machine does

  • Hot-staking machine that fuses the enamelled winding wire onto the tang of a brushless stator terminal, forming a permanent electrical connection without solder.
  • Servo-controlled electrode positioning and closed-loop current control, engineered to keep enamel damage confined to the fusing zone.
  • Capable of supporting single or multi-station cycles depending on stator diameter and slot count.
  • Suits BLDC out-slot and in-slot stator production, and adapts to hairpin motor tang fusing where project requirements allow.
  • Cycle time and fusing parameters are configured per motor architecture; validation is done at the sample stage.

Specifications

What this machine is rated for

  • Process: resistive hot-staking (fusing) of enamelled copper wire
  • Control: closed-loop current and force feedback
  • Positioning: servo-driven electrode carrier
  • Motor type: brushless (BLDC), in-slot and out-slot stator variants
  • Integration: standalone or in-line as a station in a stator production line

Capabilities shown are typical. Values outside this range can be quoted on request.
