What this machine does

Automatic winder for 2-pole motor stators.
Dual-station design with independent control: each station has its own winding program and can wind a different stator design at the same time.
Automatic winding-form insertion replaces manual tooling change; modular tooling with high repeatability.
Switch between stators with and without end insulators by changing only part of the tooling.
Shared tooling: one tooling set covers different stack heights, lowering tooling cost.
Multi-stage analog tension control; servo tension control optional.
Automatic cut-and-clamp of the wire end when winding is complete.
Industrial PLC with 10" touchscreen HMI; optional remote-monitoring module.
