What this machine does

High-speed automatic winder for BLDC out-slot (externally wound) stators.
Applications: drone, gimbal, cooling-fan, power-tool, medical-device and other micro BLDC motors.
Multi-station configuration: stations are programmed independently and wind simultaneously for higher output.
Precision servo drives deliver stable high-speed winding, precise wire lay, tight coils and a high slot-fill factor.
Multi-stage analog tension control at every winding stage for higher yield.
Automatic cut-and-clamp of the wire at the end of each cycle for easy unloading.
Modular quick-change tooling for fast changeover between stator designs.
Handwheel jog mode for safe, intuitive setup.
Industrial PLC with 10" touchscreen HMI; optional remote-monitoring module.
Rigid frame built for 24/7 production. Supplied standalone or integrated into a turnkey stator line.
