What this machine does

Automatic needle (nozzle) winder for BLDC in-slot (internally wound) stators.
Dual-axis independent control: each axis has its own winding program, so two different stator designs can be wound at the same time.
Patented nozzle-lift lead-routing system greatly reduces post-winding work.
Shared tooling: one tooling set covers different stack heights, lowering tooling cost.
Guided teach-in programming for flexible, fast setup of new parts.
Multi-stage analog tension control; servo tension control optional for higher precision.
Automatic cut-and-clamp of the wire end when winding is complete.
Modular quick-change tooling and handwheel jog mode for safe setup.
Industrial PLC with 10" touchscreen HMI; optional remote-monitoring module.
