What this machine does

Automatic winder for hook-commutator armatures in brushed DC and universal (series-wound) motors.
Independent AC servo drive on each flyer for high-speed, accurate winding.
Servo-controlled indexing with 0.01° accuracy; hooking patterns are programmable at any angle within 360° to suit the armature.
Two lead-cutting versions: pull-and-cut (TWM-308M) and automatic cut (TWM-308A).
High-sensitivity servo tension control with multi-stage tension profiles.
Modular quick-change tooling with high repeatability.
Industrial PLC with 10" touchscreen HMI; TWM-308A is ready for robot and conveyor integration; optional remote-monitoring module.
