What this machine does

Automatic winder for hook-commutator armatures in brushed DC and universal (series-wound) motors.
14 independent AC servo axes; parameters are stored for every mechanism, greatly reducing changeover time.
Independent AC servo drive on each flyer; servo indexing with 0.01° accuracy and hooking patterns programmable at any angle within 360°.
Automatic lead cutting on servo-driven X and Z axes with a patented debris-free cutter - fast cuts, no wasted copper wire.
Servo-driven hook guide for stable operation in harsh conditions and shorter cycle times.
Servo-driven winding-form open/close and positioning; form depth is set independently per slot for better coil shape and fill.
Servo-driven lead-end clamp holds the start lead on the first hook, preventing loosening at high speed and controlling lead length.
High-sensitivity servo tension control; modular quick-change tooling; handwheel jog mode for safe setup.
Industrial PLC with 10" touchscreen HMI; ready for robot and conveyor integration; optional remote-monitoring module.
