Product description

What this machine does

  • Applicable for all types of rotary coil automatic winding.
  • We use multiple AC servo motor to control. Max. 16 axes winding at the same time and capable of auto clamping function.
  • According to product demand, this equipment can be connected to the following module:
  • 1. Auto fine thread twisting module
  • 2. Auto copper wire coating remove and dust collect module.
  • 3. Auto labelling on finish product module
  • 4. Thread head and end auto cutting module
  • Modular tooling positions rapidly with high repeatability, cutting changeover time on model changes.
  • Tension system is adopting high sensitive servo tension controller. It can produce several tension controls when winding which optimize tension adjustment performance in each winding operation stage.
  • The control system adopts Industrial PLC with an HMI touch panel; operation status and running-monitor data are displayed in real time.
  • TMW-WB001 can be connected with a robotic arm and a conveyor belt to achieve fully automatic production line.
