What this machine does

  • Applicable to automatic winding for air coil.
  • This model with 2-axes independent AC servo motor applied to drive flyers and wire spreading core for high speed accurate and precise coil winding.
  • Modular molds and dies design, it is able to deliver rapid positioning with high repeatability, cutting the time required for die changeovers.
  • Dies are shared across the series, keeping tooling development costs low.
  • The analog tension output control system provides tension for different coil winding stages and increases quality level of product.
  • Industrial PLC with an HMI touch panel shows operation status and running-monitor data in real time.
  • It is able to equip with remote monitoring module to do remote program monitoring safeguard.
