Product description

What this machine does

Three processes in one machine: lamination-stack OD turning, commutator OD turning and armature cleaning.
Multi-station servo index table: load/unload, lamination turning, commutator turning and cleaning run in parallel, so the cycle is set by the slowest station - not the sum of all steps.
Rotary dual gripper loads a raw armature and unloads a finished one in a single motion; the operator works at one front position.
Commutator turning on servo radial and axial axes with ball screws, in a single pass or a rough-and-finish two-pass cycle.
Cleaning station: commutator and lamination brushes with air blow; drawer-type chip collection, optional dust collector.
PLC with color touchscreen, stored parameter sets, run and fault monitoring and a remote-monitoring module; full window enclosure with door interlock and E-stop. Conveyor-linkable for unmanned production.
