Product description

What this machine does

  • Applicable for pressing armature shaft, commutator and impeller for carbon brush and series motors.
  • Digital pressure detectors are equipped to monitor and control quality effectively and stability which improves the ability to detect defective products in advance.
  • Dual start switches equipped with a full enclosed splash guard and automatic safety door or photoelectrical sensor safety switch which effectively improve operation safety.
  • The positioning pin press into tooling can prevent silicon steel sheet from twisting while pressing the spindle.
  • Tooling for pressing commutator and impeller undergo hardening treatment which improve tooling lifetime.
  • There are vertical and horizontal type design available depends on your demands.
  • Fully automatic press for commutator is available. Optional conveyor belt for transport achieves unmanned and fully automatic production line
