What this machine does

Horizontal slot insulation paper inserter for universal motor armatures; suits straight and skewed armatures.
Single-axis servo paper feed and a VFD-controlled cam mechanism that synchronizes automatic cutting and forming, insertion and armature indexing.
Fastest insertion 0.3 s per slot - a 12-slot armature is completed in as little as 6.7 s.
Insertion detection sensors confirm each liner; jam detection with alarm; the pressure safety system stops the machine on wire overfill, paper jam, deformed lamination stack or excessive insertion force.
Armature lift-up positioning and quick-change tooling.
PLC with HMI and remote-monitoring module; connects to automated conveyors.
