What this machine does

Automatic commutator slot cutting (undercutting) for brushed and universal (series-wound) motors.
Mechanical pawl pre-positioning with servo indexing extends the range of slot patterns.
Gear drive replaces the conventional timing belt, eliminating belt-flex errors in cutting accuracy.
Two cutters work simultaneously for higher throughput.
Independent servo feed per cutter for fine, individual depth adjustment and easy maintenance.
Ergonomic interface with quick slot-count setup and automatic error detection; modular quick-change tooling.
Optional robot and conveyor for unmanned, fully automatic production.
