Product description

What this machine does

  • Two machines: TWM-515 dual-spindle correction-turning machine (removes material to correct unbalance) and NB-307A microcomputer balance tester (measuring). Supplied as measuring-only or with automatic correction, to suit the buyer's requirements.
  • Dual cutter spindles make it easy to choose the correction position; the fixture has axial and angular positioning for precise correction.
  • Microcomputer control for accurate, stable and simple operation.
  • Digital meters show left- and right-plane unbalance and test speed; all values lock automatically at the end of the test.
  • Strobe light makes the unbalance angle easy to locate; averaged readings with a speed filter detect even small vibrations.
  • High noise immunity for the factory floor; settings retained after power loss; automatic temperature compensation and loop calibration; long-life touch switches.
