Product description

What this machine does

Interturn surge test: 1.2 x 40 µs waveform, 100-1,500 Vp-p (set on the panel, digital readout, ±5% FS). The PLC compares the surge current with the reference for OK/NG and logs every value. Tests 4 times at 90° and once at 180°.
Hipot (dielectric withstand) test between commutator and shaft: AC 100-1,500 V (±5% FS); leakage-current limit selectable at 0.5/1/2/5/10 mA (±1% FS); automatic alarm to the PLC when the limit is exceeded.
DC resistance test: four-wire constant-current measurement, 10-1,000 mΩ and 1-10 Ω ranges with automatic 20 °C temperature compensation (±0.5% FS); the PLC checks each value against stored upper and lower limits.
