What this machine does

Horizontal slot wedge inserter for universal motor armatures; suits straight and skewed armatures.
Servo-controlled wedge feed with a V-forming pre-press roller, and a VFD-controlled cam mechanism that synchronizes automatic cutting, insertion and armature indexing.
Wedge insertion detection; the pressure safety system stops the machine on wire overfill, jam, deformed lamination stack or excessive insertion force.
Armature lift-up positioning and quick-change tooling.
PLC with HMI and remote-monitoring module; connects to automated conveyors.
