Power tools and home appliances are a volume game: the margin is set by cycle time and first-pass yield across millions of near-identical motors. The equipment has to run the rate without an operator standing at it.
Our armature and stator route — winding, slot insulation and wedge insertion, commutator work, fusing, turning, balancing, varnish and test — was built for exactly this. The TWM-702 armature winder became the machine most Taiwanese motor plants of its class run.
