Terms of use
What this website is, what the figures on it mean, and when a price becomes a commitment. The short version: everything published here is for reference, and only a written order confirmation binds us.
以下の条項は英語で掲載しています。日本語訳は準備中です。効力を有するのは英語版です。
Who these terms are from
This website is operated by Teamwork Automation Machinery Co., Ltd., an equipment builder registered in Taichung, Taiwan, trading internationally as FaTop Automation. Using the site means accepting the terms on this page. If they are not acceptable to you, please do not use it.
What the site may be used for
The site exists so that engineers and buyers can research our equipment and reach us. It may not be used to interfere with its operation, to reach any part of it that has not been published, or for any purpose unlawful where you are or where we are.
Bulk or automated extraction of the content - for republication, for resale, or for training a commercial model - is not permitted without our written agreement. Ordinary search engine indexing is.
Specifications are for reference, not a guarantee
Every capability figure, dimension, throughput number, description and photograph on this site is published for general reference. It describes what a class of machine is capable of. It is not a promise of what it will achieve on your part.
Motor production equipment is specified against a specific workpiece. Slot count, wire gauge, stack height, insulation class, tolerance and the cycle time you are working to all change what a given machine will do, and two customers asking for the same model can need materially different machines.
The specification that applies to your project is the one confirmed in writing during that project. That document forms part of the contract. Nothing on this website does.
What the photographs show
Machines are usually photographed as they were built for a particular customer, including tooling, feeders, guarding, transfer systems or automation designed for that job. Images should not be read as the standard scope of supply, and options visible in a photograph are not included unless they are written into your quotation.
Quotations and orders
A price, lead time or delivery date given on this site, in an email, or in conversation is an estimate. It is not an offer and it does not bind us.
A quotation becomes binding only when we issue a written order confirmation against a defined scope of supply. Until that confirmation exists there is no contract between us, and figures discussed beforehand remain subject to change with specification, material cost, currency and shipping.
Drawings and part data you send us
Drawings, samples, part data and production figures you send us in order to obtain a quotation stay yours. We treat them as confidential, use them only to evaluate and quote the work, do not publish them, and do not show them to other customers.
What belongs to us
The text, photographs, drawings, layout and code of this site belong to Teamwork Automation Machinery Co., Ltd. or are used with permission. Machine designs, tooling designs and process know-how remain ours whether or not they appear here, including where a machine was developed for a customer project.
Nothing published on this site grants a licence to any of it.
Links to other sites
This site links to material we do not control, including our Chinese-language website, our YouTube channel and third-party pages. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data.
No warranty from this website
The site is published as it stands. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every figure is current, that it is available without interruption, or that it is free of error.
Warranty for equipment we supply is set out in the supply contract for that equipment, and only there. No statement on this website extends, replaces or adds to it.
Limitation of liability
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. That includes lost production, lost profit, and decisions taken on the basis of reference information published here rather than on a confirmed project specification.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Export control and end use
Our equipment is exported from Taiwan and can be subject to export control, sanctions and end-use rules in Taiwan and in the destination country. You are responsible for confirming that your intended use and destination are lawful.
We may decline an enquiry or an order where we are not satisfied on that point, and we do not have to give reasons.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from them go to the Taiwan Taichung District Court as the court of first instance.
Changes to these terms
We revise this page as the site and the business change. The date shown below is the version in force. Continuing to use the site after a revision means accepting it.
