What this machine does

  • Built to the customer's design and requirements: from automatic part infeed to automatic collection of finished armatures - an unmanned production line.
  • Conveying systems and 6-axis robots transfer rotors between stations.
  • Built-in quality control: CCD vision inspection, automatic height and force monitoring, and comprehensive rotor testing.
  • Typical stations: lamination-stack feeder, height check, shaft knurling, shaft press-fit, commutator press-fit, slot insulation, winding, fusing, armature testing, commutator undercutting and balancing.
