What this machine does

  • SCARA robotic cell for pick-and-place, part loading and inter-station transfer in motor assembly and winding lines.
  • Four-axis SCARA reach and repeatability engineered for high-cycle work where a fixed feeder would limit line speed.
  • Vision-guided pick and placement configurable for the customer's part; cycle time depends on part geometry and tray layout.
  • Fits into a modular production line or replaces manual handling at a single station.
  • Safety guarding, e-stop and light-curtain integration handled at the line design stage.
